Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the hangtag attached.

Exchanges are free. If the size is wrong, send it back and we cover shipping on the replacement. Every size is a limited quantity on this drop, so exchanges depend on stock when your return reaches us — if your size is gone, we refund you in full.

Refunds: you cover return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

Pre-orders

Items marked as pre-order are not yet in hand. The estimated ship date is stated on the product page and in your order confirmation. Payment is taken in full at checkout.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund — just email us. If we are unable to ship by the stated date, we will contact you before that date with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund. Refunds are issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.

A note on our pigment-dyed tees

Our t-shirts are pigment-dyed. The dye sits on the surface of the fibre rather than bonding into it, which is what gives the garment its soft hand and its depth of colour.

This means two things. The tee will release a small amount of excess colour in the first wash or two — wash it cold, inside out, with like colours. And it will fade gently over its life rather than staying flat and new.

Both are intended characteristics of the fabric, not defects, and are not grounds for return. What we do cover: genuine manufacturing faults — misprints, broken stitching, holes, or a garment that arrives damaged. Email us with photos within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
